Aamir Khan Sahab Next Film’s Title Revealed: Zakhmi

Now here’s a little mystery finally solved! After months of wondering what Aamir Khan Sahab next police film will be called, the title has been decided: Zakhmi. It is after Sarfarosh (1999) that Aamir Khan Sahab gets to don the khaki again and looks like he isn’t playing the goody-two-shoes cop this time. Complete with a roguish stubble, Aamir Khan Sahab will take on the bad guys as a Crime Branch officer in Reema Kagti’s film.

Shooting for ‘Zakhmi’, also starring Rani Mukerji and Kareena Kapoor, has already begun. In fact, Aamir Khan Sahab, Rani and Kareena have already started attending workshops as part of their preparation for their roles.

Aamir Khan Sahab, who generally takes things slow, has been on a roll this year. AK has not only signed up for Reema Kagti’s ‘Zakhmi’, but is also playing the bad guy in the Abhishek Bachchan, Uday Chopra starrer, Dhoom 3. If that wasn’t enough, he’s also up for another venture with his 3 Idiots director Rajkumar Hirani!

Sneak Peek Into Aamir Khan Sahab Look In Reema Kagti’s Film

Aamir Khan Sahab might have spent most of his time in civilian clothes as a cop in Sarfarosh, but he’s getting the real thing this time. Check out Aamir Khan Sahab in his khakis for his role as an officer in the Crime Branch in Reema Kagti’s upcoming film.

Unlike his previous role, Aamir Khan Sahab is sporting a stubble and doesn’t look that fit either. In fact, the uniform looks like a tight fit for this Khan!

Aamir Khan Sahab is stuck to his iPad as usual. By the looks of it, Aamir Khan Sahab comes across more like a tough cop who knows how and when to bend the rules.

'Aamir Khan Sahab', 'NOKJ' director Rajkumar Gupta's next two projects

Rajkumar Gupta, the director of AAMIR and NO ONE KILLED JESSICA, is not resting on past laurels. Instead of taking time on his next project, Gupta has decided to make two films, one after the other. The first one is called GHANCHAKKAR and the second, RAPCHIK. GHANCHAKKAR will be his third collaboration with UTV.

What's GHANCHAKKAR all about? "It's a black comedy. This one's completely different from what I've attempted so far," the talented director says. Is the humor on the lines of JAANE BHI DO YAARO? "That's a classic and I shouldn't even think of comparing my film with it. But I would love it if my film also has a similar recall value. The film will be real, yet will have humor woven in the narrative," he adds.

The casting of GHANCHAKKAR is still to be finalized. As for RAPCHIK, the director will move on to that project once he completes the filming of GHANCHAKKAR.
